A Miracle for the Fishermen

Early one morning some fishermen sailed;
  In from a long night of work,
Though they had been fishing all day and all night,
  They had caught nothing, They Failed!

So tired and worn they hoped on the sand,
  And met a peasant, Jesus!
He said to them, “Take me into your boat.”
  And they did and they pushed off of land.

When they were a very long ways out;
  Jesus said, “Throw out your net.”
So they did, SPLASH! It went in the water,
  The sailors were all filled with doubt.

In an instant their net gave a jerk!
  They heaved it into the boat,
Tons of squirmy, slippery fish,
T his surely was Gods handiwork!
